Since 1997 Religion Today has been the first ITINERANT FESTIVAL dedicated to dialogue between Cinema and Religions. Our aims are:
* to contribute to the diffusion and distribution of religious films as special drive for cultural and spiritual development
* to promote, through the medium of cinema, a culture of dialogue and peace among religions, beginning with recognition of our differences
* to create opportunities for filmmakers and people working in the communications media of different cultures and religions to meet and share ideas

European Spiritual film Festival
February 15 - March 15, 2010
The European Spiritual Film Festival will be held from February 15th, 2010, thru March 15th, 2010 on the festival website and concluded in Paris from March 27th to 28th, 2010. It is open to filmmakers and spectators worldwide; the reason why we have chosen the Internet as our principal platform. Anyone and everyone may take part in the festival by submitting a film, or by becoming a member and voting for the People’s Choice Award. (To become a member, you simply need to register). A preliminary committee will select the finalists. Then, a jury panel composed of known and respected personalities from the worlds of cinema and spirituality will offer an award for each category.
All finalists’ films will be shown on the European Spiritual Film Festival website for the People’s Choice Award. Members may login, view them, and vote for their favorite film. After this first step, the films will be screened at Paris in a theater from March 27th to 28th, 2010 . The screening and events will be open to the public and include an award party to be held in the evening. An Award will be offered for each of the following categories:
